ENTRY PROCEDURE, FEES and AMALGAMATIONS

Entries will be accepted via the Australian Canoeing online entry system.

Manual entries are also available by printing the entry form from the website and forwarding the form to
Competition Secretary c/- Canoe SA, PO Box 281, Port Adelaide SA 5015.

CRITICAL DATES

Online entries will close at 5pm 31st March 2006

Manual entries must be recieved by post by last mail on 31st March 2006

Alterations to entries will be permitted up to an including the Team Managers meeting at 9.00am Friday 14th April.

Please advise any changes via email to ian.hume@canoe.org.au.

Late entries (if accompanied by double the normal entry fee) will be accepted up to 10.00am on Thursday 13th April 2006.   These must be sent directly to the Competition Secretary c/- Canoe SA, PO Box 281, Port Adelaide SA 5015.

No entries will be accepted after this time.

 

ENTRY FEES

For Open, Under 22 and Veteran (up to V55)

            One race entered                    $  87.00

            Two races entered                  $ 115.00

For Junior and V60+

            One race entered                    $  67.00

            Two races entered                  $  85.00

 ADVICE ON ENTRIES RECEIVED

 A list of entries received will be available from the online entry section of the AC website.  Competitors may obtain information as to all entries accepted and the number of entries in any class after the closing date of entries and the official entry listing has been compiled. The Entry List will be posted to the Australian Canoeing Website when completed.  

 

AMALGAMATION OF CLASSES

Initial amalgamations will be conducted by the Competition Secretary during the period of 1st – 5th April 2006. Athletes may be contacted during this time to discuss amalgamation options. A provisional entry list will be published on the Canoe SA and Australian Canoeing webites at the conclusion of the initial amalgamations.

Paddlers are advised to check the AC and Canoe SA websites regarding amalgamations during this time and advise the Competition Secretary via email should you wish to change classes / crews.

Final amalgamation of unconstituted classes will be carried out at the Team Managers Meeting at 9:00 am, Friday 14th April 2004.

The AC Inc Marathon Racing Regulations Amalgamation Policy will apply.
